Love the atmosphere. Spacious, aesthetically pleasing. Yoga classes are tough but feels amazing. Nice views from the windows too. Nourish also has healthy and tasty yet affordable foods like smoothies and toast. Support Waterloo!
I am not usually a yoga guy but needed to get a workout in and stretch. The class was great. It was tougher than I though, and I realize now how much yoga can help with other workouts. The place was comfortable and clean, and the clientele were friendly and knew what they were doing. Also, I am glad Waterloo is building up their businesses. It is worth supporting the community with wholesome places like this.
