I have been going to Park View on Fairmont for years, this time we changed it up and visited the Landerwood location. The facility is nice and the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I did not however, have a good experience with Dr.Lonardo. She repeatedly tried to upsell me contacts and other types of eye exams and was very curt and borderline rude in her responses to my questions. I felt rushed and chastised for not having visited an eye dr in a few years. She was abrasive in the way she handled my decline of a contact lens fitting. My whole experience with her was not one I wish to repeat.
