The technician Richie came out for a second opinion he did some troubleshooting and discovered that there was a burnt wire on one of the terminals and the terminal itself was corroded, and both needed to be replaced. He replaced the wire and the terminal and it’s working fine now we did a little dance for good luck and it’s working like a champ right now thank you Richie Appreciate all your help.
I didn’t receive any services, but I called to gather some insight into the HVAC trade, and I’m so grateful I did. Rich answered the phone and spent an incredible amount of time with me, sharing invaluable tips and guidance. He helped me navigate the best route for my son’s future in this field, and if I could give 10 stars, I would.
