Counselor's are great,caring staff My counsler literally printed form odjfs site for me, yes sounds like no big deal unless i mention my life was imploding i felt, found out 2 fix car $2k, ntm day prior given bad news (my mom wouldn't make long). This LITTLE gesture had BIG impact 4me.. Idc for sub dr.all timeWait for Lab tests are RIDICULOUS!I filled out card for complaint box and i was BLOWN AWAY when building director ACTUALLY Called me to find out about problem i wrote down!!!! GREAT PLACEWish Medina county had location!!

Kumar is the best doctor he's quick and to the point he's excellent this is Jeff Kirk. By the way! I didn't forget about you Mike you're a great worker to everyone that's behind the counter is a great worker I'll see you on the 23rd if you guys are working great job have a good day

I was there 3 months ago (Hough location) and the gentleman in the financial department and the lady at the front desk were phenomenal. Quick, knowledgeable and very helpful to my friend. He was a walk in around 4:00pm in the evening. Now, I have been calling since Thursday and every location I call the same lady answers and tells me I have to call back Monday. I made one appointment with her but she could not tell me if they take my insurance. I call back Monday and make an appointment for a different department and still asking if they take my insurance????? Ridiculous. The lady today said "no" but she didn't even sound sure.
