My first experience with William seemed pretty good conversation wise, but when I gave him a job to seal my gutters because of leaks....he made the leaks worse then they were before and would not do the job correctly, it seemed to me he was really hard up for the money and had a very nasty and unprofessional attitude we me and my girlfriend , when I tried to reason with in a calm manner he became very angry with me and talked loudly and hung up the phone on me....so he basically just took our money for a job that he cleared is not qualified to do.....at this point will never do any business with him again

I would NEVER recommend this man to anyone for roof, gutter, or any other kind of repairs you may need. From the beginning through the end of our interactions he complained multiple times about the price he quoted me himself on the job I made the mistake of hiring him to do. All I needed repaired was part of the roof of my garage and a broken board on the front of my garage repaired and a few new shingles on the front of the garage by the broken board. This was all included in our contract in detail. He spent 2 days repairing the portion of the garage roof and then wanted to be done. I asked him to come back and fix the broken board and the few shingles as stated in the contract. He complained again he wasn’t getting paid enough ($800) and then agreed to come back and fix what he was supposed to fix the following day, explaining to me he “had memory problems” and forgot what else he was supposed to do. I haven’t heard from him since. Very unprofessional. Work ethic of a teenager. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN, if you work hard for your money as I do, do not spend it with him.

I talked with William and asked them what is their expertise. He answeres roofing and gutters. Then setup an appointment for the next day for a quotation. 10 minutes after my appointment time I give them a call. They mention that they dont do gutters anymore until 4 months from more. Then as I am asking why they lied to me, he hangs up on me...and refuses to answer my follow up phone calls. I AM GLAD I DID NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY. CUSTOMERS BEWARE

I've lived in my home for 26 years and this company is the best I've ever dealt with. Not only is the work top quality, but the owner is a truly very nice, honorable man. He is so dedicated to customer satisfaction, he goes above and beyond. The integrity and reliability of the company is golden. I wish all companies conducted business like this, the world would be a much better, less litigious place.
