I took my son here he wasn’t feeling well I explained his symptoms they said he was just dehydrated which he was they checked his temperature and blood pressure didn’t check his blood sugar He still wasn’t feeling well they prescribed him Ibuprofen, nausea, medicine, and Pedialyte which didn’t help to him to the ER and his blood sugar was over 500 and he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes he had DKA AND WAS IN VERY BAD SHAPE

Never had an issue there. The lab was really fast. The receptionist was nice as well as the nurses. It's very convenient.

Neg 5Dr Steinman has a God complex. I wasn't able to make decisions on my health care plan. The nurses were rude, pushing, demanding, and unapologectically disregarded my impulses to pull away from cold hands. Also opened the door while I was laying on exam table top less.Then the doctor was discussing my concerns in hall for anyone to hear, no confidential, I felt embarrassed.These people didn't treat me with the common respect everyone deserves.

Got here early thought they opened @ 7 but since I been here nothing but RUDE WORKERS!!!!!the little skinny black helper in urgent care must be NEW RUDE !!! They way they talk to ppl!!!!!!Came in due to finger beening dislocated got sent start over to xray!!! Watch them prepare coffee after 8:00am!!!another RUDE 1 in xray the short lady !!! While waiting on X-ray WIC LADY loud n rude to someone cause they got here early!!!! Foreign lady in urgent care another RUDE 1 its now 8:55 am got sent to xray at 7:45 and the xray haven't been read yet!!!! Its a lot of new staff and THEIR ALL RUDE!!!! Please update xray machines was here a month ago and it didn't work clearly its still not working!!!!!!

Since when do you need two forms of I d to come to a Metro facility these people are rude an unprofessional

Went for a tooth infection that could not wait for an available dentist to receive antibiotics and was treated like I was there just for pain meds. I didn’t even ask, if anything I stated that I didn’t need any pain medication because I have Tylenol at home and that will work with antibiotics. The NP was rude and rushed me out, wouldn’t listen to me and kept talking about how they couldn’t prescribe me any pain meds other than Tylenol, which I kept saying I was not there for. The nurses that did my intake and my triage were fantastic and very kind, one even went to the other side of the building to get me an ice pack, hence 2 stars.

Don't come to this express care unless u have several hours to waste sitting in agony while workers sit and stand around...its the furthest thing from EXPRESS! Then after 2 hrs of waiting, I was told to go to the ER by a nurse and not a Dr because I was having an allergic reaction and the hospital will need to put me on an IV. LIKE SERIOUSLY! I will not be paying $75 for this LAST VISIT!!!!
