If you're standing in Menyhart with something nasty, broken and dirty in your hand, then the guy behind the counter is your BEST FRIEND IN THE WORLD. He's all that stands between you and a storm of you-know-what. In thirty years of owning an old house I've learned to follow his advice EXACTLY.
Best plumbing store. I drive all the way from cleveland east side to go to Menyhart because I know I will get the best advise and best parts. I recently replaced an outdoor spigot and needed a short piece of pipe soldered on the spigot. I expected to do that myself and guy at counter said, let me do it for you, I have everything setup in back and will take me 2 minutes. They always know how to fix plumbing and steer me in the right direction for parts and installation. They really know their stuff.
Im here from Connecticut and had no clue where to go to get plumbing supplies. Went in the morning for a part to fix a faucet for a bathtub. Im not a plumber but I left feeling very educated. The gentleman that help me went above and beyond and explained how the valve worked, what the problem was, greased the part, and showed me how to install it. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend.
