He made quick work of the situation and even went above and beyond by making us an extra key and fixing the door plate so the door would close properly. You never need a locksmith until you suddenly do, so I recommend keeping Bob’s number handy for the emergency you didn’t plan on having. If Bob were any other type of business, we’d be regular customers. The best we can do is spread the word—he’s someone you can trust with your locksmith needs.
