I initially loved this place and intended to be a regular customer. The staff was nice. After I explained that I'm an east sider, I was persuaded to get a dip set because it would last 3 weeks, therfore I would only have to come every 3 weeks. Cool! Well, after a week, the dip was looking like it was doing a life sentence without parole. I do not do physical work. There was no reason for it to look like trash 1 week in. Well, needless to say, I'm not returning.3 stars because the staff was nice and I was a walk-in customer.
Came in to get acrylics off. Nail tech was first trying to take them off with another nail and I requested soak off and she did which I appreciate. I also asked to get a cuticle clean up and somehow the middle of my finger nail was cut because there’s a literal dent in it. Didn’t notice until after and it was very upsetting.
My nail tech was nice though.
I’ve been going here for 9 years. I’ve never had an infection, never been displeased. They kill it every time. I got a full set of acrylic. I’m in love with this place and will not go anywhere else.Service: Manicures
