The shop is super cute and clean. Lash extensions always come out beautiful, and the service earns 100 stars. The experience is great, with no waiting, friendly and sanitized tools. They love their lashes and find the pricing reasonable. The lash tech promotes healthy lashes and is recommended after the last nail tech retired. Known as the best in Cleveland, the tech always gets lashes right and they last long. The shampoos do not burn eyes, simply amazing.
Jayanna is very professional, precise, pleasant and very knowledgeable on lash care. Listening to her and following her advice and thorough instructions is key to having the best lash extensions experience. She is timely and reliable and has always gotten me in and out within 1.5 or less from start to finish and I appreciate that being a busy woman/ mother. I’ve been coming to her for over six months and she’s never disappointed me with her work / services! Make up, brows, or lashes!
