e returned from a camping trip to an AC that didn't want to blow out cool air. Called Independence and talked with Tracey who was kind and helpful. She went over some common easy fixes I could try to see if it was something easily fixable and wouldn't require a service. When none of the easy fixes were the problem she went through the schedule and worked very hard to get us into a spot right away. Tom came out and was very professional, courteous and went through everything as he worked on it. He made sure everything was working well before he left. Reasonable prices and helpful service. Had an issue a few months after servicing and he walked me through how to fix it over the phone, rather then try to charge me for a visit. I definitely appreciated that.
