e returned from a camping trip to an AC that didn't want to blow out cool air. Called Independence and talked with Tracey who was kind and helpful. She went over some common easy fixes I could try to see if it was something easily fixable and wouldn't require a service. When none of the easy fixes were the problem she went through the schedule and worked very hard to get us into a spot right away. Tom came out and was very professional, courteous and went through everything as he worked on it. He made sure everything was working well before he left. I highly recommend this company as the service is excellent and the prices are well within a reasonable price range
