I have been with you guys about 14 years here in Cle location. I am happy with all the staffs and esp loved Dr.Hyland and Dr.Horniak. From clinical care to personal care (I know both retired and I miss them). I always get a checkup after my cleaning twice a year with the Doctor to finalized before I leave but recently, I am not getting that same service anymore. Maybe due to short staff what not but I am thinking to try your new location instead. You guys are wonderful and please continue to provide that for doctor to come see pt at the end of their visits. thank you
