About Hyatt Regency Cleveland At The Arcade
The Hyatt Regency Cleveland At The Arcade is a beautiful hotel housed in a centuries-old building that offers spacious and clean rooms. The beds are comfortable, and each room features a large TV. Some rooms have a view of the parking garage, while others may provide a scenic view of the city, such as the Paul Brown Stadium. The hotel is well located near many restaurants and shops, making it a convenient choice for guests. The hotel's architecture is a masterpiece, and while some shops in the arcade may be empty, the unique building adds to its charm. The rooms in the Euclid tower are a good size and clean, although some might require a bit of maintenance, like stained ceilings or dirty grout. Guests should be aware that the vent in the bathroom and the magnifying mirror may also need cleaning. Guests may need to request a room change if placed near the elevators, as the constant noise can be bothersome. Despite these minor issues, the hotel is known for its friendly service, delicious food, and great value for money. The 1890 restaurant is a fantastic spot for breakfast, and many guests express satisfaction with their stay, feeling comfortable and well cared for.
A solid choice if you're staying in Cleveland. Breakfast is good and Globalists can order from the regular menu. The rooms can feel old and the floor creaky in places, but that is understandable given the historic nature of the property. The main arcade area is a sight to behold. I recommend spending a bit extra for an arcade view room. It is a nice experience opening your door or looking out your windows to see the arcade.
All staff I've encountered have been friendly and helpful.
The fitness center is spacious and well-equipped for a hotel of this size. It never feels busy or cramped in there even in the morning when several people may be working out.
I originally booked a room with a view, upon arrival I was told room was not available. They did give us another room and we had to have maintenance come to the room around 145am to work on the AC unit with no success. It stayed 77 degrees in there all night. For what they charge a night a simple amenity like AC should be too much to ask for.
Location, unique hotel.. yes yes superman was filmed here... I dont know.. I guess its pretty solid but I feel like it should be so much better..
