Heights Driving School

After completing her online course, my daughter had a great (in car) driving experience with Heights Driving School; she was able to passed the maneuverability and road test on the first try! Her instructor, Joe Dixon, was prompt, kind and courteous. Needed to pick up her completion certificate immediately prior to her test and were able to do so with no problems!

For the most part the school was okay. But on her last diving lesson.l, Joe Dixon was her instructor. It was 97 degrees and extremely humid. He wouldn't let her turn the AC on and she came home after two hours, beat red, jeans soaked with sweat, sick to her stomach with a headache from heat exhaustion. I called the school and all they did was call and tell him that was not ok. He should have been dismissed in the spot. This isn't his only bad review.

So....first of all thete are 17 people crammed in this room. I'm being treated badly for no reason. There are anti bacterial whipes in classroom I asked to use and I got yelled at for that. The teacher is verry disrespectful she told me to stop looking at her. I'm in the front row of the class i mean this is crazy. I ask her a question and she answeres it like I'm d*** or something. It smelled so bad in the classroom i found spray in bathroom and sprayed it and she screamed at me. This women shouldn't treat ppl like this ...i need to talk to a supervisor i feel she is just picking me out to mess with me.
