Dave was professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. I was on a business trip and got ink on my pants. I gave them a call, and they said they’d use their special chemicals and give it a try. Unfortunately, the ink stain was too severe, and the pants couldn’t be saved. To be honest, I did not have much hope—but I appreciated that they at least tried. They didn’t charge me in the end, which I truly appreciated. Dave also recommended some must-see spots in Cleveland, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend them if you need any cleaning done!

Nice on the phone and nicer in person. Prices are great! I tried calling and the phone didn't work so I called the other store. They said the phone wasn't working because the power was out downtown but confirmed my suit was there and ready. The guy sat there with no power in the heat with no power keeping the store open just for me. Above and beyond the call of duty!

Amazingggggg!!!!! I had a competition & nowhere to go to get my suit cleaned; they cleaned it the day before and it was flawless ! Love this place so much. Thank youuuuu!!!! ??
