G&W sent Bill to a high rise condo to work on a washing machine in unit 1714. Bill POUNDED on my door, which is unit 1417, NOT 1714, on two occasions, both times waking me from a sound sleep. When I finally got to the door all I found was his toolbox. In a high rise if you want access to a unit you're supposed go through the front desk, who can call the resident. You don't POUND repeatedly on a stranger's door because you don't know where you're going. Unless you're Bill, I guess. Totally unprofessional. Here's a tip: Screen your staff for dyslexia.

Poor service. Instead of the lady greeting me and asking how may I help you. The first thing out of her mouth was what's that referring to a water inlet valve I had in my hand .I stated Ms it's not for you .I was told about the store from the hardware store next door.just trying to see if I can set up company account oh we don't do that okay Ms have a nice day .

Let me start by saying that I am not a "handy" person. My oven broke and I decided to save some money and learn to DIY it. Judy helped me find the part I needed (igniter), which she had in stock, and went through the entire process of replacing it with me. She is a wealth of knowledge! Fair price and great service. Definitely will tell others to go there. Thanks, Judy!

This business website posts that it services all of Cleveland, yet when I inquired about a repair for the zip code 44103 I was told that they do not service that area, they should correct their page would save my time and theirs.
