Sad to be moving too far to keep going here, Helped me get addicted to exercising and I will always be grateful. Hopefully I can find a new gym that can compare near me again, but I am sure I will make it work now that a foundation has been built if it is at least 50% as good.Great for beginners all the way to pro level couching! Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

I have been to various gyms and CrossFit boxes and none have given me the kind of well-rounded strength I have been looking for. Never had an injury here, the trainers have a breadth and depth of knowledge reserved for pro athlete training. They push you hard and make you laugh along the way. I love that a person at any skill level can come to class as everything is tailored to your specific need. Truly a Cleveland gem.

Hands down, this is the best gym in Cleveland (I’m prepared to say the best gym anywhere, but at this point I will not be joining any other gyms… I’ve found my home). It’s certainly the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. Whether you’re looking to get in, get your workout done, and get out - or stick around after class and create friendships, this is the gym for you.
