Paragon is an amazing fitness center. Many amazing coaches that work together on programs to help people from all kinds of fitness levels improve themselves. I've been going for just over a year and I continue to make noticeable progress. It's more than just a typical gym and definitely worth checking out.

Paragon is exactly what I needed! I had been working out for 10+ years on my own and was looking to change things up a bit. I joined Paragon about 4 months ago and became stronger in those 4 months than I did working out on my own for 10 years! I am lifting heavier than I ever thought I would be able to. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the coaches are super encouraging and knowledgeable. All fitness levels are welcomed so don't feel intimidated! Paragon had been on my radar for awhile and my only regret is not reaching out sooner :)

Life is so much better after joining paragon! The trainers feel like family, we laugh a lot, and they push you to reach your goals - they actually root for you and care! It’s so clean and the vibe is chill (with great music) First time in my life I didn’t dread going to a gym. I actually look forward to it! I felt so much stronger after just my first month. Love love love Paragon forever.
