I stopped by Flex on my way home from Cleveland to Cincinnati area. I had heard that the place was run down and "seedy". I wanted to see if I would ever use FLEX for a hotel for future travel. I was pleasantly surprised as to how welcoming the staff was and how clean everything I saw seemed to be. I loved the huge jacuzzi which was so relaxing. The pool was cooler but felt great after overheating in the jacuzzi. I wandered the hallways and rooms on the 2nd floor and discovered different play areas and video theatres. Remarkable place. Always spotless with a friendly, welcoming staff. The facility is huge—multi-level with movies playing throughout. Plenty of rooms for action, all clean and well-maintained with comfortable mattresses. I go frequently and always have a great experience. The patrons are respectful and easygoing. Conveniently located right off the expressway with a bright, safe parking lot and plenty of bathrooms. Highly recommend.

Came out to Cleveland for a photoshoot, and while I I didn't get a room, I WILL attest to multiple reasons FLEX is worth the time and money of both the curious and the familiar: 1. STAFF: friendly, courteous, engaged. 2. AMENITIES: full gym, two pools, two saunas, two steam rooms, jacuzzi, and then the entire upstairs... I haven't been to a ton of spas, but FLEX Cleveland blows away every one I have visited. 3. CLEANLINESS: impeccable 4. LOCATION: private parking lot adds a sense of professionalism and security.
