I purchased a Groupon for a full highlight with Denisse. I’ve been to her before and she was awesome. I wanted to come back and have her do my hair again. I called ahead and reminded them I have long, thick hair so it may take some extra time. Once I was seated, she managed to talk me out of a full highlight. The Groupon I paid for was for a full highlight. Not a partial. I was a little frustrated. I’m not the confrontational type so I just settled on the partial. She did a great job, but I didn’t walk out completely happy. Not sure if she was having an off day but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be using a Groupon again.Service: Hairstyling
