I can tell you this lawyer can make away out of no way. I appreciate that he is very professional but he is a realist. He don't have time to hold your hand on some nonsense. He been doing this for a long time. He knows the law and he knows when its in your best interest to take a plea or plead no contest. People guilty as hell, with witnesses against them, the prosecutor has a Shanta Claus bag full of evidence and and you have codefendants making deals, and no credible witnesses and expect Mr. Butler to go to trial.
