We have a Speed Queen dryer which is 11 years old - have never had an issue with it until recently when it stopped heating and the timer was getting slightly stuck…Aaron from CAS came out and checked the heating. It was not the problem - the timer was. And the manufacturer of the timer was no longer in business so an adapter kit was used. At one point, it looked as if the whole dryer had been taken apart to correctly install the new timer. I was a bit on edge but…the work was successful and my dryer is again working well and according to the salesman who assured us we didn’t need a new one, it should be good for another 10 years! Eli came over our house and did an excellent job replacing the door on our new dishwasher and refrigerator. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained everything and worked his butt off to make sure the job was done right.
