Wonderful staff, very warm people. 10/10 do recommend. I took a handstand class/workshop. Talked to one of the regulars who only had good things to say. Also, the owner reached out and made sure I knew which classes would be best suited for my level based on my experience and tricks that I'm working on. I've only been once and I already love it, I feel very welcomed and supported.

My friends and I did a pole class here with Dahlia and had so much fun! Expectations were communicated clearly beforehand and we knew exactly what to expect. Dahlia was so welcoming and had us feeling sexy while also laughing our heads off. We’re a group of various sizes and ages and we all felt welcome.

Had a Delightful FunFilled class with Dahlia. Our group of gals w are 50-70 yrs old. We had Sass, Class & Sexy!Jiggles, Wiggles & lots of Giggles. Age is just a number!We hope to do this again.

We are dedicated to providing a safe space for all adults to explore the intersections of dance, fitness, sexuality, with their individual selves. We respect and celebrate the uniqueness each person brings to our studio while supporting their personal growth. We truly welcome all adults; all bodies, all genders, all orientations, and at all points in their life journey. Many students have found a second home at our studio, and we hope you will too.
