City Dental Care provides dental services with a mixed experience. While the reception area can be chaotic and the facility appears run-down, the actual dental care is satisfactory. The staff, including Sandy, are friendly and provide painless treatments. Despite some issues with the office environment, City Dental Care is a reliable option for those with Medicaid and has been successful in resolving complex dental problems, giving patients a newfound confidence in their smile.
my 5 year old was in so much pain but Dr. Sandy took care of it same day. The way she talked to him and treated him made him feel so comfortable he let her remove his tooth with no fuss or problems. amazing practice all the assistants staff and especially Dr. Sandy. highly recommend this place… very accommodating and understanding.
They saved me! And my tooth. Dr. Sandy and her team took such great care of me. I was in so much pain but she educated me on the process of a root canal and that was all I needed. She told me to floss everyday and I haven't had a cavity since! This was back in 2018. I recommend this place to everyone. Great people, clean environment, never a long wait when I get there. It's wonderful!
The reception is a complete mess. While I was waiting I saw the doctor screaming at her employees. It was kind of funny to see her go from snapping on the employees like they were dogs to speaking to me like a human. The place is kind of run-down.The actual dental care was fine though and they're the closest place to me that accepts Medicaid, so I'll be going back. I'd probably go elsewhere but no where around here seems to accept Medicaid except Hudec who are thieves.Given the choice between thieves and someone with a temper, I'll take the lady with a temper.
