Highly recommend - they did a great job refinishing my hardwood floors that the previous owners had covered with carpet. Removed all the stains from the padding and filled in holes from tack strips and other damaged areas. My oak floors look and feel amazing, Dan and Darren are the best!
We worked with Dan and Darren to refinish the hardwood floors in a house we recently purchased. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was. From the get go there was great communication, clear expectations and they treated our house like their own. We had a tight timeframe but Dan and Darren were able to make sure the project kept on schedule and they actually finished their work a few day early. We chose Caswell Bros to refinish our second story hardwood floors. Can't say enough about them - total pros, always friendly and on time, and took so much pride in their work. You can tell they really love old homes and good craftsmanship and wanted to restore our floors to their former glory. The result is impeccable and the price was very fair. Ask me where they made repairs using hardwood reclaimed from Cleveland historical buildings--I wish I knew because it's such a cool bit of history, but they blend in too perfectly to tell.
