Had a superb experience with Bryson's Heating & Cooling Service. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, providing text updates about Miguel's arrival times and so on. Faced an issue with a condenser coil that had failed, it was going to cost $2600 to fix, even though the unit was just 7 years old. Miguel clarified that the prior installation of a 5-ton unit, which was excessively large, resulted in the premature coil failure. He further elaborated that for a house of my size, the maximum tonnage should be 4 tons. He was comprehensive in explaining the issue.
