As a property management company absolutely terrible!!! The contractors they hire for snow removal and lawn care is a joke! Included in rent are supposed to be those services but when there is a major snow storm across the 60% of the United States closing down federal buildings, schools, churches you’re lucky if you got your driveway plowed 1 time after 12” of snow falls! Unacceptable
