The owners are extremely helpful and very pleasant. I purchased several items from the store and was very satisfied. They also ordered an item for me and it came in right away. They called me to let me know the item had arrived. Great customer service!

I used to live out in Warrensville hts and this hair store is a great place of business!!! I even purchased other items as well like the press on decor nails,and a few handbags as well..... the husband and wife who own the store are very respectful and they always talk with my daughters & I.

I absolutely love this store. I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile. The husband and wife team are such wonderful people that interacts with the customers, always joking and laughing. Love them too ?
