The rose and mint lip balm is the best product I've found for my lips in winter. It's soothing. I finally ordered the tin to have it handy year round. It's definitely my favorite. Ordered from the website and shipping was extremely fast. I hope they continue making products for a long time. Thank you!

Great product and great customer service. I purchased this product i.e. Unscented Hand and Body Lotion because I was at Lehman's just wandering around and some lady literally made a beeline (no pun intended but if the shoe fits!) for these products, grabbed one of these and headed straight to checkout. This was on a Saturday. Anyone who is willing to brave Lehman's on a Saturday just to get this product is obviously in love with the product. So I got it too and it seems like a very high quality product. There was a slight defect in the packaging. I emailed CS on a Sunday morning and got a reply literally within minutes. My order of naked unscented lip balm and unscented honey hand cream both shipped the same day they were ordered and arrived earlier than expected! I'm very impressed with how well they handled my questions. They were also kind enough to write a personal note and give me an extra lip balm!This small business is phenomenal, from their people to their products! I hope they don't change anything or go anywhere because I plan to be a lifelong customer! The ingredients they use are high quality! I'm never disappointed with what I buy from them.
