Dharmesh Mehta comes off as a concerned physician. In reality he’s concerned with being paid first and caring for patients last. He began to intentionally avoid scheduling medical necessary appointments because of a $161.24 bill. 6 of 8 charges where $20 copay that were never asked of me to pay during visits. When I returned to work I was presented with a bill and because I didn’t pay it in full I began to notice the change in energy each visit and prolonged waits for documents needed when I returned to work with staff and Dharmesh. Not impressive. New location feels like a mortuary when you go inside, no one was in waiting room 10-12 chairs present , no music. Erie silence and 5 faces behind glass. Was asked a host of illogical not relevant questions by nurse before left in a tiny room (slightly larger than a water closet with Oversized pictures to try to make it look larger. Like a Kubrick film.
I waited in that room (closet)for 40 minutes after my appt time , looking out the window to admire Coco‘s Mexican restaurant. As a person who works in the medical field, I was at first very impressed by Dr. Ashraf. After 4 failed attempts to get a call back from him, I’m very disappointed with the lack of follow up by him and his office staff. He ordered an ultrasound test that came back with concerning results (TI-Rad 4 nodules with moderate suspicion of malignancy), and nobody contacted me with these results or the need for follow up with a specialist.
