They helped me with collar matching to the original fabric, pick up and delivery, check in to make sure I was happy with the firmness and progress, and we're very communicative the entire process! Mariana helped with fabric selection for each piece and kept us apprised as to the progress. For cushion selection, we came back in and actually sat on various softened/firmness options. I had a couple of dining room chairs repaired. This organization is truly outstanding for furniture repairs and refurbishing at a reasonable price. It is a tribute to great craftmanship of a bygone era that is a gem that is available now.
