I was told last shuttle leaves the airport at 12am. I rush to the shuttle service by 11:55 and wait till 12:15. I then text and call and see where this shuttle may be. I get a generic message stating that I missed the shuttle and that if I don’t get there by 1am I’ll be charged $40 to retrieve my car. I won’t be parking here again.
only one pro cheap price. But shuttle runs every 30mins btw 12AM-4AM. leaving&pickup time was not clear on the booking. When I arrived the parking lot at 4:10am, the driver didn’t let me ride because he had to head the airport. Waiting 30mins for the next ride almost made me to miss the flight. When I arrived the airport, it was right after10:20pm, so I had to wait almost 30mins for the next ride (10:50pm). While I was waiting for the shuttle I saw other companies run their shuttles every 5mins. Next time, Definitely I will pay more money and use another companies.
I was very pleased with price and service. Taj was our outbound and inbound driver. He remembered us to the detail. I felt welcomed. This business is not a massive operation but will safely secure your vehicle for a reasonable price, plus accommodate you professionally if you can accept the 2x/hr shuttle rotation schedule and remember to use text-ONLY style to communicate. I’ll use them again.
