Called Scott with a rather unrealistic timeline but he made sure to come out to the property and set us on the right path with a chimney inspection. Scott's expertise was beyond apparent in how he conducted the inspection, spoke of the current state of the chimney, and in his proposed solutions to noted defects. I certainly recommend Good Knights Sweep and will be utilizing their repair services upon warmer weather.

I called several chimney companies for pricing information on cleaning and repairing my chimney. This was the only company willing to discuss in detail the range in expense that I might be looking at. Once Scott arrived he gave me an honest assessment of my situation (which was not good) and recommended that I look at alternative options for my fireplace as it wasn't constructed properly and would be a massive expense to try to rebuild to be safe as a traditional fireplace. I found Good Knights Sweep to be honest and helpful. The company walked me through why one of my fireplaces shouldn't be used and why the other didn't need an inspection over the phone for free.
