My father was smart enough to pre-plan and I was with him when we made those arrangements many years ago. It was one simple phone call and everything was handled and taken care of when he passed. Bryon was my person. He gave me his personal cell phone number and said to call 24/7 with any questions or concerns. He kept my brother and I completely informed. Since my brother and I decided to shift some of the arrangements that were made, Bryon gave us great recommendations and suggestions and modified the contact as needed. Plus was able to reserve us the small Chapel that was at the cemetery since the weather was not in our favor. I can't thank everybody as a whole at BKB as I probably spoke with just about everybody there for one reason or another and everybody was wonderful!! I can tell you I will be heading there shortly to pre-plan my own funeral as I want my family and loved ones to be taken care of as wonderfully and effortlessly as I was!

I recently had a very good experience with Berkowitz- Kumin- Bookatz. It was, sadly, the funeral of my dear wife. I worked with the second generation Bookatz, Bryon Bookatz. To my recollection this is the third generation of the various families that we have experience: my grandparents, my parents, my son and my wife. Bryon executed the arrangements flawlessly. One could not ask for anything better.

Everything was done as advertised. Very professional and no glitches or extra fees. We were set up before the funeral and all paperwork and information was there and ready. Very satisfied with how the entire funeral process was handled.
