Widmer's did a very good job cleaning the carpets. The technician was thorough and addressed the areas were had difficult spots that we could not get out. Upon reviewing the rooms, he suggested 2 rooms that were already in good condition and that the cleaning likely wouldn't make a difference. We appreciated the honesty and allowing us to save some on the cost. The only complaint (4 stars vs 5 stars) is that there were a few areas (mainly the steps) that seemed to retain more water...as if it was not suctioned out thoroughly and therefore is taking longer to dry.
Widmer’s, once again, did a great job cleaning our full house of wall-to-wall carpet. It looks fresh and refreshed; all the traffic pattern areas were given special attention. Keith was early, courteous, kind, and very professional.
I’ve used Widmer’s for the past few years and am always pleased with results on both rugs & upholstery. George manages to remove the tough spots so that maybe I can get one more year out of my carpet!!! Always good service!
