I just don’t understand how someone goes on lunch dead smack in the middle of the day. Not only that but close down the entire vision center. The least they can do is let it be known that they close at weird times now I’m inconvenienced the rest of my day and still lensless thanks ?

Here we are again, Walmart. Dealing with Walmart Plus feels like being stuck in a toxic relationship—you keep hoping it’ll get better, but it never does. Your management and hiring practices, especially at certain locations, are absolutely unacceptable.
Let me start with the tire center. If it weren’t for two employees—Mia and Loajee—I’m convinced this situation could’ve ended in a lawsuit. Got new glasses 5 months ago. When I received them they were just handed to me without any fitting or anything. I went back later to complain and the girl took the glasses and made adjustment to the frame and accused me of sitting on them. Never asked me to put them on or adjust in any way. Will never use them again.
