Walmart Vision & Glasses

Got new glasses 5 months ago. When I received them they were just handed to me without any fitting or anything. I went back later to complain and the girl took the glasses and made adjustment to the frame and accused me of sitting on them. Never asked me to put them on or adjust in any way. Will never use them again.

Walked in around 9:30/10am on 1/24/24. I asked the woman (blonde/brown hair, heavier set) who was sitting at a desk if she could tighten my frames and bend them back so they weren’t lop sided anymore. She told me no since I didn’t buy them here, and I asked her why as I’ve gotten this done at Walmarts vision center before, no problem. While in the middle of this conversation, she answered her personal cell phone and started talking on the phone, so I left without an answer as to why they couldn’t help me. I read some of the reviews and wondered if I should look at eyeglasses at this location. I still went and couldn’t have been treated any nicer by Liz and the other associate working. I found out that my insurance was not accepted by Walmart. This didn’t stop Liz from trying her best to help me. She said they could offer me a 10% discount and still probably be able to offer a great price. She was correct. The store could offer me a price less than I was quoted at other locations using my insurance. I would recommend the Colerain location highly.
