I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kimberly Smith. She talks to you like a human being and cares about your health. She asked a lot of questions that has to do with your well-being and it is a great experience. If you also have questions she is willing to answer. the front desk and receptions are willing to help you to find glasses. I think that I would refer anyone here and it is a very very awesome day. Gagan was exceptional and knew his field. His conversation was so educational and taught me a lot on my frames and lenses to understand my services. He gave me the dates and answered all my concerns. Had a great experience. Sure it was busy but staff acknowledged me and made me feel welcomed. When it was my turn they gave me the there attention and asked questions I wouldn’t have thought of about my needs. This was an absolute pleasure to have . Thanks and I will definitely be back.
Easy to get appointment. Doctor was open to all questions and answered in a way I could understand. Solid Exam. Support staff out front was great. Only issue was the time they needed to sort out my insurance policy and what it covered..that still remains to be seen but not really a Walmart Eye Shop issue the policy is full of double speak..
