A couple of months ago my primary eye care center in Mariemont closed down. I was able to retain my prescription from them after I received the news. I was looking for one near my home. Whenever I shop at Walmart I pass by this place. I asked my friend that works at Walmart if she had any problems and highly recommended them. She told me the pricing is VERY reasonable. So I decided to try them out. I didn’t need an appointment. I just walked in on a weekday after work. Elijah helped me both times (drop off and pickup). I already had my glasses (I ordered them online through another company) and prescription with me.

I used to go there all the time before my doctor left. Went today to order glasses but they're closed (Google said open till 5pm). Picture attached. No complaints: they're helpful, efficient and don't try to upsell you.

Attempted to purchase glasses as I already have my prescription. I was told by the young man that they had too many people waiting to see the Dr and they might want to come out and look at frames after seeing the Dr. They couldn’t tell me how long I would need to wait to purchase glasses and then told me to try another day when they don’t have a Dr there. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
