This is a great little office with a friendly staff. They run things on-time and Dr. Rabovsky explained everything (eye exam-wise) to where I knew exactly where my eye health stood. What else can you ask for?

Hours are 9-5 Mon - Fri and no longer open on weekends despite their other locations.Sign states they are out to lunch between 1-2 but I have attempted multiple times to be here 2:10 with no one even here.I have had several occasions where my service was delayed. I ordered a replacement frames back in March and then told after August that they were still on back order.Despite all my efforts to be reasonable. This store has given me terrible customer service.

I hate doing this because the actual doctors and employees are great once you're actually in the office but I'm so fed up with how difficult they are to work with. More than once I've had to DRIVE INTO THE OFFICE just to get a simple question answered because for whatever reason (understaffed/don't care) NOBODY answers the phone. Ever. Seems the Newport office is no better on this front either. I've been coming here for years but I think it's time to start looking elsewhere.UPDATE: I did finally get through to the Newport office on my fifth try and they took care of me but man. They really need more people on the phones it's been like this for a while now.UPDATE 2: changed my rating because I drove over there to pick up my contacts and even though their website and automated answering service both say they're open until 6:00, they are NOT. This place is in absolute shambles.
