I had 2 other compainies come out to fix my gas fireplace and both said that the unit needed replaced or major repair. Chris from Vonderhaar identified a small electrical issue with the switch and replaced it immediately - it's finally working after 2 years! Coleen in the office is so sweet and Chris did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Just wanted to give kudos Elaine at the office who was my first point of contact it felt like I was talking to a friend she was so knowledgeable and professional. Evan gave me my estimate on the work that needed to be done on my chimney he was nice and knowledgeable as well. Collin came and did some work before my chimney rebuild could be done he was a very nice and professional he did a great job and answered all my questions. Even the installer who actually did the chimney rebuild was professional and did an excellent job. I appreciate you all! ?
