We had a wonderful experience working with Varun and finding our dream home in northern Kentucky. Varun ensured that the entire process was seamless and smooth. He understood our needs and was patient with us. He also offered valuable advice whenever needed and represented our interests really well . When I saw a sale in my neighborhood that matched what we had and the price I wanted, I called Varun. He came out immediately and provided lots of prep advice: what to do, what not to bother with, when to do it. The day after it was listed, he held an open house and we had two offers by the end of the day - both above asking price! After the contract was signed, he went above and beyond to help with the business end of things. I would trust Varma to sell a mansion or my tiny little house and get the best price for the right amount of work. He's a marketing guy who sells real estate - a great combination!
