I fell and injured my foot and decided to come here instead of the ER. Definitely a great decision! I only had to wait about 10 minutes and paid only insurance co-pay (much better price than ER visit). Very nice staff and doctor. I ended up having a fractured foot bone and sprained ankle, and they explained everything to me after taking x-rays, and set me up with a boot. Great place to go for a bone injury.

Everybody was so friendly and eager to help before my surgery. Signed several documents stating I would call the phone number on those documents if I was having any symptoms post-surgery. The aftercare appears to be non-existent as I waited 6.5 hours for a phone call. My thumb was turning blue so I cut the bandage off myself and had to consult with my own PCP. Never got a call back that day and had to call the after hours number. Tried to call the office to give feedback and to see why no one ever called me when I needed aftercare. Staff seems to deflect any responsibility for the complete lack of continuity of care and accountability. 6 days later and I am still waiting for a response from the office manager. Also, concerning that there is no way to directly speak with my doctor - can only talk to nurses, and physicians assistant even though I am under the care of this doctor.

Do not !!!!! Do not !!!! Have Dr. George Popacostas operate on any part of your body !!! My twenty year old son is on his fourth ankle surgery because of his incompetence!!! Hardware and screws taken out at three months! His ankle wasn’t aligned properly at the time of his first surgery. His ankle had to be rebroken on his third surgery! No physical therapy ordered!!! Terminated by Orthounited for misconduct and had to be removed from the premises by the police ! If you are thinking about having him operate on you don’t !!! Attached is another review of his.

Brought my wife to the urgent care, because of severe pain in her neck so much that she had not been able to sleep for multiple days and was turned away because they said she needed to follow up with her doctor. I may be a bit slow but I’m pretty sure the definition of urgent means asap not call and schedule an appointment that let’s be honest takes another week or two to get in. I have never in my life been sent away by an urgent care but you better believe we will never be back to a beacon urgently care and we may be done with beacon completely. This was ridiculous!!!

This is bitter sweet post. They so good at the start of this process and we really felt we were getting answers and moving the right direct. Back story is my husband has hip impingement and labrium torn that we kept getting brushed out by other doctors and provides about my husband hip pain. After doing a hip surgery with other Providers that gave zero relief we look for another sugeron. At the first appointment we felt heard and that we were going the right direction to find relief for him. We did a second surgery with Beacon's team. They confirm that first surgery was not done properly and his Labrum was torn again. We could finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, his recovery was going great. He had been released to resume normal activity. He was playing catch with our son and heard a pop in this hip and the pain has increased to back to his pre surgical pain. The team has been very dismissive that there is something wrong. That was no way he should be in pain. We feel that we are treated the same as the way the last provided when he was having issues. When we said we were getting a third opinion, we have been met with adversity and that it would take over 3 weeks to get all the record. Meanwhile, my husband suffers with no relief. We just want his life back to be able to do the thing he loves. To met with adversity and dismissal it unacceptable and we have been nothing but patient, that is over. I am done being patient, we need results and if you are looking for them. You will not find them at Beacon. They are just out to get your money and leave you high and dry when you need them the most.

Two urgent care experiences in the past 6 months - both top notch! Staff is very kind and efficient, and we have left confident in our treatment plans. Highly recommend!

Your self pay rates are ridiculous. You know very well a five minute appt with no imaging would not have paid over $200 with insurance!

Dr. Sigla did a procedure 4 days ago. We have tried to get in touch with her and it is near impossible. She has left my husband in terrible pain and now we are going into the weekend and our calls have not been returned. This is a terrible way to treat your patient.
