The counselors are kinda just rushing and pressuring you to go get evaluated somewhere else. I never had a therapy experience that ended with me being escorted by police to the hospital before now.If you don’t want to get put in handcuffs, don’t go here.

Booked an appointment online. Didn’t receive any email and someone called me at the appointment time telling me that I need to reschedule the meeting. Don’t feel like they care about my time and mental health…

Lots of these reviews are quite old. It's a great place to go! The appointments are super quick to get. Your first appointment is always within a week, and that's how they do it every time. Several of the counselors are med students, but they do have many trained counselors too! They are very kind and very helpful.
