The tech was professional, quick, and efficient He explained the issue, he sorted out and I'm good to go. I would recommend going to them if you have any heat and air issues.

Had a great experience with United. They communicated their arrival via text and email, notifying me when a technician was headed to my house. Charlie was my technician: friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and placed an order for a new blower fan and motor for my furnace. When the parts arrived a couple days later, United contacted me to schedule the follow up appointment via text and email. Charlie came back out and installed the new parts in about an hour. Great service and would definitely recommend.

Picture this, a chilly November night after hours, furnace quits. United Heating and Cooling Services was the company given by my home warranty service. A computerized date of service was generated for a week later. I called and left a message about my 95 year young mom and my busted furnace, God Bless them, not normally responding to weekend messages, called me bright and early this morning Saturday 11/18/23 and Greg my serviceman dawned his 'Superman' suit and Brightened our day!!! Thanks to all that made this possible today!! 5 stars, plus.
