I love my psychiatrist but the front desk are the most horrid people ever. Most of the staff at UC health in general are rude and unhelpful. I would recommend going to literally anywhere else for your psychiatry.

I recently visited 3120 Burnet Ave Suite 104 to have some blood lab work completed, and I just have to take a moment to recognize the two ladies who assisted me. I didn’t catch their names, but they were absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions with patience, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Getting lab work done can sometimes feel a little uneasy, but their calm and caring approach really made the experience smooth and reassuring.

Brought my mother here for an appointment. Besides stuff they couldn’t help like tons of construction in the parking garage and lack of signage…. The doctor was running so late that we had to reschedule so we wouldn’t miss her next appointment. The doctor was at least very apologetic. The receptionist was very standoffish though. But then also the parking validation they gave us didn’t even scan (machine said it was invalid) and had to pay anyway for an appointment we didn’t even get to have. Absolutely ridiculous. My advice to everyone: go somewhere else.
