We had our windows replaced about two years ago, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made for our home.The windows still look just as beautiful today as they did the day they were installed. The quality has truly held up over time. Our home
feels more comfortable year-round, and we noticed a difference in outside noise almost immediately. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really stand out.
Two years later, we’re still extremely happy with our purchase. If you’re considering new windows, I highly recommend making the investment. It completely changed the look and feel of our home in the best way.
Had a cracked windows. They coached us through to find our order info from 11 years ago, ordered it and we took it to them and they replaced it in less than 15 minutes. Impressive service and process. Thank you.
My 12yo screen door is a frame that then has a panel you can switch out so that it's either glass or a screen. The clips that hold the panel in place, two of them broke in the past 6 months. I cannot find the exact kind of replacement anywhere.
I called Tri-State today to order some clips or at least with the hope of doing so. They looked my order up. Told me they'd call me back. Called me back within an hour to say that the manufacturer of the screen door is sending me a package of seven of the clips at NO CHARGE.
