Have a pair of Danner work boots that are out of production that I wear daily. Rubber sole and leather sole were both split all the way through with stitching coming loose. Danner wouldn’t rebuild. Went to three other cobblers/shoe repair businesses all over greater Cincinnati that all turned me away. These guys didn’t hesitate to take them in, turned them around to me in a week and for a very reasonable price. Boots look and feel brand new. Great craftsmanship and friendly. Hope this place sticks around for a long time!

I took my wife's winter coat in to have the zipper pull replaced. They did a great job and the new zipper works wonderfully. It took a week to get done and my only complaint would be that they did not do a good job setting expectations as to how long it would take.

There is no one with a higher level of perfection in his craft than the owner of Tri-County Show Repair. Do not forget he also repairs luxury accessories (handbags, belts, etc). The owner is also highly ethical and very entertaining! I am such a loyal customer that I go out of my way to take my items to his store although there is another shop across the street from my business. We MUST use the skill of a truly Italian leather artisan!!!!
