I love this spa. Each time I’ve come I’ve been treated like a princess. The atmosphere is so peaceful and Shawn was the best in explaining everything to me since it was my first massage. I will definitely be coming here more often as it is worth every single penny.

I greatly enjoyed my relaxing massage at The Spa at 21c! It was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The luxury experience was enjoyable and I would definitely do it again!

The waiting area may be small, however, it's impeccably decorated and the receptionist is friendly and personable. The Spa at 21c may not be as large as other spas in the Cincinnati area, however, I found the service top notch. The salt scrub and massage were just what I needed to relax my mind and my body and rid my arms of the "fish scales" I inherited from dry skin. Another plus is the free Valet Service as part of the fee. Everyone I interacted with during my visit was wonderful. I have already booked my return visit for next month. Highly recommend!
